Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Transactions may be processed through Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers.
7. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 days.
After shipment, FedEx transportation is generally estimated at approximately 8–13 days.
These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by weather, carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, address issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Returns & Refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 15 days after delivery.
Feishu does not accept returns solely because a customer has changed their mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for supplying complete and accurate information when placing an order, including contact, delivery, and payment information.
To the extent permitted by law, Feishu is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
